The apartment is located in the centre of a typical village Liptovská Teplička in the Low Tatras National Park, directly on the northern slope of mountain Kráľova hoľa - the highest peak and dominat of the eastern part of the Low Tatras. The center of the village is situated at an altitude of 920 meters above sea level. Liptovská Teplička has been declared as "Village of the Year 2007".
