Cottage is also ideal starting poiunt for mountain biking and advanced hikes into the gorges and waterfalls of Slovak Paradise (Prielom Hornadu, Klastorska roklina, Sokolia dolina), to Klastorisko and view-point Tomasovsky vyhľad. In winter you can visit ski resorts Porac, Nova Ves - Rittenberg, Levoca or Plejsy. You can also visit historical monuments of Spis region (Levoca, castle Spisský hrad, Spisská Kapitula), Dobsinska Lanova jaskyna (ice cave), High Tatras, Pieniny mountains or thermal pools in Vrbov.
