The newly built-up holiday house with the capacity 6-9 persons.
Ground floor: completely equipped kitchen (combined kitchen range gas-electro, microwave stove, electric tea-kettle and also dishwasher, refrigerator, and mini-tower), small larder, independent WC, bathroom with shower bath, common room with fire place, colour TV, SAT, video, DVD. From the common room you can go on the terrace, where you can pleasantly sit at morning coffee or good wine.
Attic: 4 rooms (1+1; 1+1; 2; 2+1), each room has its own balcony with the marvellous view on the surrounding nature, bathroom with bath tub and WC.
Decorative bushes and woody plants are set around the object.
We do not forget either for sporting interests of our guests. There is an asphalt playground about 200 m from the place of accommodation, where is the possibility to play volleyball, basketball, tennis and during the winter months also ice-hockey.
In the basement of holiday house is placed a small fitness centre and space for removal of skis.
Recreation and services in surroundings
Diverse territory of Rajec valley - meadows, hollows bordered by rounder and rocky, steep slopes are interwoven by many tourist routes and footpath. Besides walking tourists also cyclists like these routes; in last years the interest in cycle-tourism is increasing in the whole region.
Also the lovers of winter sports can be satisfied. The suitable conditions for cross country skiing are all around, with the rising on the highest peaks and Malá Fatra range.
