Mountains emerges from Zilina and Turcianska basin and a wavy arc stretching from the Fačkov Zázrivá. The relatively small area are concentrated in a variety of natural phenomena, from hôľnatých combs through rozorvané rocky hillsides, canyons, gorges and deep valley and quiet. The fauna is represented by the typical representatives of rural and mountain locations (bear, lynx, wild cat, wolf, eagle). Output Choč: The highest peak in the Great Choc Choc mountains (1607 m asl). From the top we have a beautiful view of Little and Great Fatra, Orava Magura, West and Low Tatras. Ascend to the top is worth because of the beautiful vision, even after strenuous route. Orava Castle is one of the most picturesque and interesting building in the castle.
