The Hrabovo Apartments Resort is situated in the beautiful area of Hrabovo in the High Fatra National Park. The unique location of the Hrabovo Apartments Resort offers unexpected opportunities for relaxation and fun directly in the lap of the High Fatra Mountains, which creates a protective zone of peace and comfort around the resort. All of that only a short distance from the town of Ružomberok, the main crossroad between the east and west and the north and south of Slovakia. The cable car route, which is situated only few metres from the resort will take you into the well-known ski centre Skipark, from where you may enjoy the view of the whole of Liptov and the Low Tatras as well as the distant High Tatras. The Hrabovo Apartments Resort offers year-round relaxation, sports opportunities in summer as well as in winter, availability of thermal springs and other interesting attractions and localities.
Equipment and services
The total capacity of the resort is 139 apartments. The apartments are owned by individual owners and can be different in furnishing and interiors. The apartment houses are almost identical, with a uniform concept of the internal layout and structure of apartments. Every apartment house includes three above-ground floors and an attic, offering 20 apartments with an area of 27 m2 to 103 m2. Each apartment house is also equipped with a lift.
Every apartment house includes 10 underground parking places. Other covered or uncovered parking places are external, situated near to every house.
Every apartment has access to a storage – ski equipment room and almost every apartment is furnished with a balcony. The standard and furnishing of the apartments is accommodated to year-round use and pleasant leisure time.
Wellness Club with finnish and steam sauna, Jacuzzi and massage, playground and rope park Tarzanka, in summer boat rent on the lake.
Recreation and services in surroundings
The Hrabovo Apartments Resort is situated in a beautiful and peaceful locality, directly at the foothill of the ski centre Skipark Ružomberok. The houses are located near to the bottom cable car station, on the slope bordering Hrabovo Lake.
Summer activities - Liptov offers a variety of natural, sports and cultural attractions. The region is best known for its natural thermal springs which are used, for example, at Thermal Park Bešeňová, Aquapark Tatralandia, the spa in Lúčky or the spa in Liptovský Ján. These facilities are ideal for days of fun and relaxation in summer as well as in winter. The High Fatras, the same as the nearby Low Tatras, offer trips and walks through beautiful and majestic nature with magnificent panoramic views.
Winter activities - Popular ski centres with slopes of various difficulty guarantee great skiing fun. Skipark Malinô Brdo is situated only a few metres away from the resort. The centre offers 30 km of tracks for cross-country skiing, 12 km of downhill courses, an ice tower and many other attractions. Other significant ski centres, such as Jasná, Zuberec, Smrekovica and others, are also situated in the close vicinity.
