Accommodation Severka is situated in the beautiful area of National park Nizke Tatry in Demanovska dolina in the edge of village Pavčina Lehota. It is one of the favorite place for vacation, great for hiking and biking in the summer time, ideal for skiing and snowboarding in the winter time. Ski resort LA Ziarec (snow making, night skiing, ski school and ski service) is situated 400m from resort. In summer there is mountain bobsleigh track.

The guest house Severka is situated in Low Tatras (Demänovská valley) at the edge of the village Pavčiná Lehota. We are offering accommodation in five rooms – 5x3+1 within two floors. There is a lounge (common room) for 20 people and fully equipped self-service kitchen on the ground floor. The lounge provides access to the Internet and a home theater. Rooms with two beds and an extra bed have balcony and new-built bathrooms and share toilets. The room with three beds and one extra bed on the first floor has its own bathroom as well. The rooms on the second floor with two beds and two extra beds share one bathroom. Another toilet is placed next to the lounge. We also offer a storage room for skis, snowboards and bicycles, reading room, a possibility to sit in the garden in the summer. The kitchen has two electrical cookers with oven, electrical kettle,fridge with freezer, microwave oven and toaster. Heating in the house is electrical using radiators with individual regulation. You can use our yard for parking. It is possible to rent a single room, a whole floor or the whole object. We offer through Liptov card discounts 30% to aquaparks Bešeňová and Tatralandia.
