Cottage 66

It is located in the middle of the forest in a nice, quiet location. You can reach the cottage by car. Parking by the cottage for 3 cars. In winter snow chains are necessary. By bus to Jakubovany, from where you need to continue on foot about 20 min. The nearest railway station is in Okolične (approx. 11km from the cottage), fast trains stop only at the station in Liptovský Mikuláš (approx. 15km), from where you can get by bus to Jakubovany.

The cottage is located on a separate plot which provides complete privacy. The cottage has a capacity of 9 beds in 3 rooms (ground floor double, upstairs triple and quadruple). For children up to 4 years we have cots available - 2 pieces. The lounge has a TV with satellite, radio with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances - electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, el.kettle, coffee maker, toaster and crockery for 10 people. Cottage is heated by a fireplace with hot air distribution to all rooms and electric radiators. The cottage has outdoor covered seating in the gazebo with fireplace. The gazebo is coated with electricity - lighting. We also provide a kettle for the goulash. For children there is plenty of space by the cottage for various games, plus for smaller children a sandpit with toys, swings with slide.

The surrounding area is suitable for hiking, nature walks, mushroom picking. Hiking trails take you to the neighboring valleys - Žiarská valley, where you can visit the shepherd's hut with Liptov specialties. Or you can go to the Račkova valley and from there you can continue hiking to other valleys -Jamnicka, Ticha, Koprova. From the other side it is Bobrovecka valley, Prosiecka, Kvacianska... Refreshment is available at one of the local huts or at the campsite. From here you can also get to Pribylina, where there is an open-air Museum of Liptov village. In winter 500m from the cottage there is a ski lift for intermediate skiers. In the radius of 15-20km there are plenty of larger ski resorts - Zavazna Poruba, Jasna, Ziar, Vysna Boca and swimming pools - in Liptovky Jan or Aquupark Tatralandia, Besenova, Lipt.Mara - where there is a possibility of fishing for the holders of fishing license. In Liptovsky Mikulas there are several museums, galleries, churches and many other cultural monuments. You can also visit the caves - in Demanovska Dolina, Liptovsky Jan, Vazec. We recommend you to visit with children HABAKUKY in Donovaly - for children an unforgettable experience. There is a lot that can not be done in a week's stay, so we believe that you will return to Liptov and take away constantly nice and unforgettable experiences.
