Location and access
Guesthouse Maja is located in Orava in the foothills of Roháče Mountains and Skorušinské Hills in the village Vitanová near the famous recreational area Oravice, where you will find an aqua park, thermal swimming pool and ski resort with char lift. The village Vitanová offers two ski resorts. In summer you can go hiking and walking in the surrounding mountains. The Roháče Waterfall, Juráňova Valley, Orava Castle and Orava Dam are worth a visit. In winter we offer skiing in the Vitanová Ski Park, the Meander Ski Park in Oravice and in the ski resorts in Zuberec, Brezovica and Nižná.
Equipment and services
We offer accommodation in six double rooms and three apartments with their own fully equipped kitchen and wheelchair access. Each room and apartment has its own bathroom (bathroom, toilet). There is a shared kitchen and a common room with a TV and a seating area. You can use free WiFi internet in the whole house. There is also large landscaped garden with two gazebos with grill, playground (climbing frames, slides) for a pleasant rest and relaxation.
