Location and access
The house is situated in the village Ziar in beautiful Ziar Valley between the West and Low Tatras. It is located 10 kilometers north of the town Liptovsky Mikulas. Easy accessible in summer as well in winter on maintained main road. Railway station 10km, then by bus lines. The location is ideal for summer and winter tourism, alpinism and winter sports.
Equipment and services
Total capacity is 11 beds in 3 rooms. Each room is equipped with bathroom (shower, toilet) and satellite TV. Guests can use fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker, electric oven, toaster, dining set for 11 guests and small compartment for storing food. The kitchen with fire place is used also as common room. Possibility of Internet connection. Large enclosed area with parking spaces for cars, grill with plenty of wood, terrace.

Recreation and services in surroundings
Possibility to visit near restaurant or use delivery service. Many possibilities in the winter for skiing, sledding and hiking. Several well groomed cross-country skiing trails. Ski lifts in the ski resort "Ski Dolinky". In summer, guests can enjou many marked hiking trails in the Western Tatras. Theay can visit several thermal pools - Tatralandia in Liptovsky Mikulas, Besenova, Liptovsky Jan, Poprad and others. A lot of cultural activities (museums, theaters, cinemas, shopping malls ...) in Liptovsky mikulas and its surrounding.
